Introduction
In an era of profound geopolitical fragmentation, deepening inequalities, and accelerating technological disruption, the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF) 2025 emerged as a vital global platform for dialogue, cooperation, and renewed multilateralism. Convened from April 11 to 13, 2025, in Antalya, Türkiye, under the theme ‘Reclaiming Diplomacy in a Fragmented World,’ the Forum gathered over 6,000 participants from 155 countries, including 21 heads of state, 64 ministers, and 450 high-level officials.1 Hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye under the auspices of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan,2 the Forum reaffirmed Türkiye’s role as a diplomatic bridge between continents, ideologies, and futures.
